Hallmark secures East London planning permission

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes has been granted planning permission to build a care home in Woodford Green, East London.

Hallmark will transform the two-acre site on Manor Road that was previously used by Guide Dogs for the Blind into a 110-bed, residential, dementia, and nursing care home.

The Woodford Green development – Hallmark’s 25th care home – will feature Hallmark’s signature retirement living offering – The Residences – where residents will enjoy premium suites with access to a kitchenette, exclusive amenities, fine dining, and concierge services.

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes managing Aneurin Brown said: “The care home in Woodford Green represents an exciting period of growth for us after recently opening two homes in Somerset and West Sussex, and we are very pleased to help meet the growing demand for specialist care in the area.

“The development will provide local residents with a place where they feel safe and supported to live an active and fulfilled life and we are looking forward to creating a luxurious and homely, new care community.”
