Person Centred Software has acquired ResHub, in a move designed to further expand the Connected Care Platform, offering care providers will a better-connected solution to prioritise wellness, engagement, and boost occupancy and independence.
ResHub enables care providers to create the exceptional and personalised experience residents deserve. ResHub is a modular platform designed to allow users to get started with modules that match their needs today, while future proofing for the changing needs of their organisation.
Like ResHub, Person Centred Software supports the social care sector to improve the lives of those living and working in social care by building solutions to solve real problems in a way that really works. Person Centred Software’s Connected Care Platform includes solutions around care planning, wellness & activities, medication management and care home operations.
As a result of bringing ResHub into Person Centred Software’s Connected Care Platform, care providers will be able to allow residents and their loved ones to engage online both directly and asynchronously, share up-to-date information and book services, all to improve resident wellbeing in line with Person Centred Software’s mission.
