HC-One has taken a significant step in its digital transformation by collaborating with Radar Healthcare to enhance resident care across its 262 homes through a new and improved reporting system.
HC-One’s digital transformation journey will see HC-One pioneering a fully integrated digital care platform, bringing together medication management, digital care plans, and Radar Healthcare’s event reporting and quality assurance system into one place. In due course, the platform will link with secondary and primary care providers (e.g., GP records) to provide a seamless approach to care documentation and care provision.
Radar Healthcare’s system will help to ensure that indications of concern are spotted as early as possible, and will also support the smooth, practical application of valuable learnings and improvement. This will allow HC-One to effectively analyse the data behind events, incidents, audits, and feedback, and use these as learning opportunities to enhance the quality of care for residents.
