An £8.3m loan from Cynergy Bank will be used to fund Country Court Care Group’s development of a 63-bed residential care home in Halesowen, Birmingham.
A family-run business, Country Court Care Group has provided specialist residential care for over 40 years. The new project in Birmingham will be the Group’s 37th care home development.
Country Court Care Group director Al-Karim Kachra said: “We are excited to bring this new 63-bed residence to the people of Birmingham. We’re looking forward to building a strong business relationship with Cynergy Bank- it has been a pleasure to work with the Cynergy Bank team on this deal and we are grateful for their support throughout the process.
