A West Midlands site with full planning consent for a 72-bed care home has been sold to MACC Care Group.
GNM Developments identified the 1.4-acre site in the desirable Solihull suburb of Shirley as suitable for care use and designed a scheme that includes en-suite bedrooms, a café, salon, cinema, gym, library, and landscaped gardens.
