Boutique Care Homes acquires Berkshire site for luxury new home

Boutique Care Homes has completed on the purchase of a care home development site in the town of Maidenhead, Berkshire.

The provider will shortly be making a planning application for a state-of-the-art luxury care home with en suite wet rooms, a bistro, beauty salon, and cinema lounge, as well as tree-lined gardens.

When completed, the new home will create over 70 job opportunities for local people. The site boasts easy access to Maidenhead town centre and good local transport links.

Boutique currently operates care homes in Shepperton, Newmarket, and Broadstairs, with three other homes in development in Burgess Hill, Tadley, and Hythe.

Boutique Care Homes MD Ameet Kotecha said: "We are ecstatic to acquire this site in such a prestigious town, and plan to enhance the local area with a Boutique care home. Opening in Maidenhead has been an aspiration for us for a long time – the borough has a severe lack of elderly care beds. We look forward to providing part of the solution with our offering once we are open."
