Specialist business property adviser Christie & Co has completed on the freehold sale of Aldersmead Care Home in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.
Previously owned by Casco Finance, which traded as Balcombe Care Homes, Aldersmead is the third and final home that Christie & Co will have sold on behalf of Casco over the past few years. A confidential sales process saw Aldersmead sold to Aplomb Care Ltd for an undisclosed price.
Aldersmead is a ‘Good’ rated home which provides nursing, residential, and dementia care for 38 service users. It occupies a refurbished property and boasts en suite bedrooms and extensive lawned gardens. The home is located in a residential area close to both Bognor Regis town centre and the seafront.
