Boutique Care Homes has acquired a site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, with plans to construct a new 68-bed care home.
With construction due to commence in 2023, the 68-bed scheme by Frontier Estates will, when completed, become the fourth home in the Boutique Care Homes portfolio. Boutique currently operate homes in Shepperton, Surrey, and Newmarket, Suffolk, with their third home, Chartwell House in Broadstairs, Kent, due to open in January.

Not only will this home be a beacon of what excellent care looks like, it will also be a valuable asset to the wider community. We look forward to working closely with our colleagues across the health and social care in the area to champion projects, and supporting wider community groups, schools and local businesses.”
