Boutique acquires Burgess Hill site for new care home

Boutique Care Homes has acquired a site in Burgess Hill, West Sussex, with plans to construct a new 68-bed care home.

With construction due to commence in 2023, the 68-bed scheme by Frontier Estates will, when completed, become the fourth home in the Boutique Care Homes portfolio. Boutique currently operate homes in Shepperton, Surrey, and Newmarket, Suffolk, with their third home, Chartwell House in Broadstairs, Kent, due to open in January.

Boutique Care Homes MD Ameet Kotecha said: “I’m very excited to take our latest home forward to opening in the next two years. This is a key phase in our business growth. Burgess Hill represents a high quality, sustainable location to develop a state-of-the-art care home fit to provide the outstanding quality of care Boutique is known for.”

Carl Roberts, associate sales and marketing director, added: “With our fourth home soon to begin construction we are excited to be able to bring the Boutique Care Home’s award-winning care to Burgess Hill. Not only will this home be a beacon of what excellent care looks like, it will also be a valuable asset to the wider community. We look forward to working closely with our colleagues across the health and social care in the area to champion projects, and supporting wider community groups, schools and local businesses.”
