Digital care planning software provider Person Centred Software and social care register Autumna have partnered to create a new live rating service for care homes.
Person Centred Software now integrates its visitor management system Digital Reception with Autumna’s comprehensive directory of later life options, bringing care providers a new sophisticated feedback module which allows care homes to gather valuable feedback in real-time.
This partnership will provide a ‘continuous feedback loop’ for families looking to identify the right care for their loved ones, allowing them to make a better, more informed choice, as well as helping care homes remain CQC compliant.
The Live Feedback feature will show how each care home is performing and allow providers to gather valuable feedback in real-time. Integrated with Autumna, the Digital Reception allows visitors to rate their experience across eight categories. The feedback is then sent from the Digital Reception to Autumna to update the care home's premium profile on Autumna, allowing ratings to be shared quickly and effortlessly.
Debbie Harris, Managing Director of Autumna, commented: “The ability to rate a care home, in live time, is critical for self-funding families looking for care. The Digital Reception Live Ratings reflect the most commonly asked questions families ask and include the most important elements a family looks for when choosing a care home: the food and dining experience, infection control, and dignity, to name just a few. The volume of respondents ensures this isn’t a one-off rating but cumulatively is a true reflection on the care home. A brilliant idea, and I love it!”
Jonathan Papworth, Founder of Person Centred Software, added: ”Digital Reception focuses on visitor engagement, and feedback is a key element of this. Working with Autumna to publish live visitor feedback statistics shows total transparency, giving people the opportunity to make better-informed choices when selecting a care home’’.
