Luxury Broadstairs care home Chartwell House has celebrated the launch of its marketing suite with a special ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The Mayor of Broadstairs & St. Peter’s, Councillor Roy Dexter, and Mayoress Brenda Rogers officially opened Chartwell House on 11 August. The home, which will comprise 78 bedrooms, will provide high quality residential, dementia, and respite care, and will create over 100 new jobs in Broadstairs, Kent.
Chartwell House, Boutique’s third home, will boast private en suite rooms, a bistro café, a family celebration room, and beautiful landscaped gardens. Boutique is keen to make Chartwell House an integral part of the community by building close connections with local groups and schools.
Ameet Kotecha, managing director and head of the Boutique care homes family, said: “Chartwell House will be more than just a care home. It is my wish that it will, over time, form an integral part of the community, providing support to many residents and families. Today brings us one step closer towards opening our doors, towards welcoming our first residents into Chartwell House care home and enriching their lives.”
Newly appointed home manager Diane Collins, who brings a wealth of experience and knowledge within adult social care, added: “It is an absolute honour and a privilege to be able to bring this truly special care home to the residents of Broadstairs and the wider Thanet community. The team and I are totally dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of relationship-centred care whilst delivering unrivalled lifestyle choices to all of our future residents.”
The Care Home Environment attended the ceremony and we were impressed by the high quality of facilities on offer, as well as Boutique’s obvious passion and enthusiasm. We are looking forward to seeing the finished result, and readers can expect a full article on Chartwell House in a future issue.
