We have an ambitious growth plan over the next five years, and we are currently expanding in the Midlands, North West, North East, and Yorkshire and Humber.
Over 60 per cent of residents come to our homes following a failed placement. This is often due to them being placed in inappropriate services that do not have the right staffing levels or expertise to provide specialist care for their complex needs. Our holistic approach, high staffing levels, and trained teams put an end to this cycle.
Our specialist nursing homes care for some of the most complex and acute individuals, who would often be in a hospital setting if not placed with us. This enables them to stay in the community and thus reduces hospital and secure facility admission. Many of the people we support are deemed to display behaviours that are ‘too complex’ for mainstream care providers.
