Christie & Co has completed on the freehold sale of Bentley Lodge in Bentley, Hampshire to local operator RMD Care.
Bentley Lodge Nursing Home boasts 56 en suite bedrooms and attractive gardens to the rear and side. The home is located in Bentley, which sits on the Hampshire and Surrey county border.
The previous owners purchased Bentley Lodge in 2000 and extended and upgraded the home, which currently holds a 'Good' CQC rating. New owner RMD Care also owns Westlands Care Home in nearby Four Marks and other homes across the Home Counties.

With the previous owner requiring a confidential sale, RMD Care with their experience of doing similar deals and close links to the area, were the natural buyer for this business. We are confident that, with their knowledge of the care sector and local market, RMD Care will build on the business’s already good name.”
