Princedale Care Group has purchased Greenhill Park Residential Care Home in Evesham, Worcestershire.
Owned by Maria Baylis and Michael Cole since 2005, the home received a ‘Good’ CQC rating in 2021. The home, registered for 34 residents, boasts a high proportion of privately funded clients.
Greenhill Park occupies a former Victorian gentleman's residence and is set in one and a half acres of landscaped grounds. The home is located in the quiet residential suburb of Evesham on the Worcestershire/West Midlands border, with views across the Vale of Evesham and the Cotswold Hills.
The home was sold for an undisclosed price in a sale handled by Christie & Co.
