Ideal Carehomes is to welcome its first residents at its new, £12m Foley Grange care home in Kidderminster next month.
The Leeds care provider’s new care home in Worcestershire consist of 66 bedrooms with ensuite facilities including fitted furniture, flat screen smart TV, telephone point and mini-fridge.
Other facilities include a Sky Bar, a vintage tearoom with balcony area, and a cinema room featuring a popcorn machine.
The care home will feature large, open plan social areas and ultra-wide corridors that are designed with residents in mind.
“The brand new build allows us to be completely on top of infection control from the very start and the large social spaces give us the means to social distance with ease,” said home manager Dawn Leaver.
Foley Grange will be open for a preview day on 18 December.
