everyLIFE Technologies, the operator of the care management platform PASS, has entered into a partnership with the Professional Record Standards Body (PRSB).
As one of the first to be named a ‘Quality Partner’, everyLIFE Technologies have completed a thorough assessment with the PRSB to demonstrate a high level of conformity with their industry-leading standards.
PASS currently supports over 100,000 people every day, in all types of care setting, across the country.
The PRSB are a non-profit organisation that develops care record standards, ensuring consistency and supporting implementation.
Through the PRSB’s Standards Partnership Scheme, everyLIFE Technologies will play a key role in the development, adoption, and implementation of PRSB standards across the health and social care sectors.
The adoption of industry wide standards will create a safer environment for those providers looking to implement digital care management technologies in the delivery of care.
These efforts will also provide the core basis for establishing the foundations for industry-wide interoperability, ensuring that the health and social care records of individuals are available to appropriate qualified individuals and organisations.
The new partnership further strengthens everyLIFE Technologies’ commitment to data security, with their team members already required to pass the NHS Data Security Awareness training course.
“The delivery of care is a sensitive subject that requires the upmost trust and transparency, with care professionals needing the right information at the right time to maximise the quality of care. Recognising this, we are delighted to announce our partnership with the PRSB,” said everyLIFE Technologies chief information and compliance officer Taffy Gatawa.
“We’re fully committed to realising true data interoperability across the health and social care sectors and see this as vital to creating better care journeys and outcomes. Through this partnership, we now look forward to working closely with the PRSB to make this ambition a reality,” she added.
PRSB chief executive Lorraine Foley said: “We are very pleased to have everyLIFE Technologies as a Quality Partner and welcome them to our growing community. We look forward to working with them on implementation and the development of standards.”
