Greensleeves Care has appointed former Dormy Care Communities sales and marketing head Wendy Westbury to its senior leadership team as director of business development.
Westbury’s appointment will see her heading up a new, broader business development function. In addition to heading the family liaison, marketing and communications teams, Westbury will also lead the charity’s digital transformation plans.
Westbury brings a wealth of experience to Greensleeves Care, having worked for some of the most recognised providers in the sector in a variety of sales and marketing roles since 2010.
Prior to joining the charity, Westbury held the position of director of sales and marketing at the award-winning Dormy Care Communities since December 2017 and helped to build the brand from the ground up.
Westbury’s experience also includes healthcare organisations such as Signature Senior Lifestyle Limited, Barchester Healthcare and Sunrise Senior Living.
