Retirement community developer McCarthy Stone has appointed Angela Harding as its new services operations director.
Harding will be responsible for the further development of operations, customer service and the care and support offering across all of McCarthy Stone’s 450 retirement communities, which support its 20,000 customers.
In this role, Harding will drive forward the business’ commitment to continue to offer homeowners a broad range of services to create vibrant communities and ensure support is shaped around customers’ evolving wants and needs.
Harding joins McCarthy Stone following 16 years at the Extra Care Charitable Trust (ECCT) as HR director and then executive director of operations.
Harding will report directly to Fiona Carleton, the newly-appointed managing director of the services division, and will be part of her leadership team.
