Lovell Later Living (LLL) has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Teresa Snaith as customer experience director.
Snaith’s appointment will see her work to improve and accelerate the choice and sustainability of LLL’s care-ready housing across the UK.
She will oversee sales, design, quality control and customer relations, shaping the creation of new and existing Later Living developments through engaging with customer’s to meet expectation and aspirations in later life.
Formerly head of development at Home Group, Snaith has over 30 years of experience in the specialist housing industry.
Snaith’s appointment follows an internal restructure led by LLL managing director Paula Broadbent following her joining the business in April.
“Teresa shares the same vision for the future of housing for older generations in the UK as I set out in our new business objectives and will undoubtedly be a great asset to our business, our customers and our partners,” said Broadbent.
“In her role Teresa will ensure we create the right environment for people to live well and age well, creating places which put older age of the heart of the community and deliver appropriate housing for later life, with access to vital services which supports people to remain in their own home,” she added.
