Elevation Healthcare uplifts care home portfolio with acquisition duo

Real estate fund Elevation Healthcare Core Plus has acquired two care homes in the English midlands.

The first, acquired from LNT Construction, is the 66-bed Hen Cloud House in Leek in Staffordshire.

LNT recently completed the construction of the property and the care home is due to welcome its first residents imminently.

Hen Cloud House, built to best-in-class standards with full ensuite wetrooms and strong environmental credentials, will be let on a long-term lease to Borough Care with RPI-linked escalator with cap and collar.

The second Elevation Healthcare transaction is the sale and leaseback of Lindsey Hall, an Outstanding CQC-rated, 74-bed care home in Cleethorpes, northeast Lincolnshire.

Lindsey Hall (pictured) won the prestigious Pinders Healthcare Design Award for the Best New Build Care Home in 2017.

The home will continue to be operated by Yorkare Homes on a long-term lease with RPI-linked escalator with cap and collar.
