brighterkind, are part of Four Seasons Health Care Group, has become the first major care home provider in the UK to win a Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award.
Feefo Trusted Service is only awarded to businesses that use Feefo to collect genuine verified reviews and insights based on interactions with customers.
Having won a Gold Trusted Service award in 2018, 2019 and 2020, brighterkind has now been acknowledged with the platinum award.
The most recently awarded year spans the pandemic. During this time, nearly 670 people moved into a brighterkind home, and a total of 3,634 throughout the three-year judging period.
Family members were asked to provide feedback to Feefo after they had made an enquiry about a brighterkind home and the business was awarded based on the number of reviews and their average rating.
“We are thrilled to receive this award which shows that this year, despite the incredible challenges of a global pandemic, brighterkind care homes have continued to provide a high level of service to families looking for care for their loved ones,” said brighterkind chief operating officer Lorraine McGarry-Wall.
“I am extremely proud of the care teams in our homes who help to make the transition of moving a loved one from their own home into a brighterkind home as stress-free and seamless as possible,” she added.
brighterkind has over 20 care homes in the UK and Jersey, providing nursing, residential, dementia, respite and palliative care.
