The first eight months of 2020 has been incomparable to most years in living memory. Economies have been jolted into freefall, industries turned on their heads, business trends have accelerated several-fold and access to loved ones has restricted.

The economic shock waves of the pandemic have left business models in some sectors reeling and pondering if/how they can recover. Behavioural changes and accelerations mean that irrespective of any second wave – some industries will not survive without radical change.

What can companies do? How can care homes persuade families every innovative and forward-thinking precaution is being taken to protect their loved ones?
