Berkley Care is to operate a 93-unit care facility in Leamington Spa granted consent by Warwickshire District Council.
The Queensway scheme consists of a 78-bed care home and 15 assisted living apartments.
The development site is occupied by a two-story office block, approximately one kilometre south-west of the centre of Leamington Spa, which is to be demolished.
The three-storey Queensway care home will feature ensuite bedrooms, day rooms, dining facilities, service support, staff support and ancillary offices.
The ground and first floors will each house 27 bedrooms and the second floor will have 24.
The 15 close care apartments will be sited in a self-contained three-storey unit accessed independently from the care home.
The plans for the Queensway scheme were submitted by specialist care developer Montpelier Estates. Work is expected to start in October.
