The sale of Green Hill Care Home in Crowhurst, East Sussex has been completed by specialist business property advisor Christie & Co.
The new owner, Belmont Healthcare Group, a long established name in private social care, purchased the care home as part of its plans to expand its portfolio of specialist dementia care services and has renamed the premises Edendale Lodge.
Edendale Lodge benefits from a high standard of decoration and facilities such as a cinema, activities centre, and bar area, with particular attention given to providing a warm home-from-home environment. A registered member of the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the principal regulatory body for the care industry, the Lodge welcomes male and female residents aged 55 years and over.
With great potential to thrive, the care home is the ideal country retreat with views across the countryside to the sea. Edendale Lodge is registered for residents who are no longer able to live independently due to dementia.
