Sussex Housing & Care have a new all women senior management team headed up by Tracy Evans as chief executive.
Tracy has over 30 years of housing and regulatory experience. Joining her are Sarah Roebuck as finance director who has held a number of senior posts, including healthcare, education, banking and social housing.
New director of housing and care, Amanda Hodge, joins the team at the end of February. Amanda joins the organisation from Wealden District Council, and has nearly 30 years housing experience including the development of new retirement living and extra care accommodation.
Tracy says: “I am delighted to have been appointed as Sussex Housing & Care’s chief executive. It is a privilege to lead the organisation and build on its successes including the recent ‘good’ ratings of our care homes by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
"We are looking forward to working with our residents, our staff, our board and all our stakeholders in Sussex to provide high quality services to our current and future residents. Our organisational focus is on older people’s services in Sussex, and we are well placed to build on the 70 years of success already achieved by Sussex Housing & Care.”
