Recruitment tool reaches user milestone

An innovative recruitment screening system, which has reached its 1000th user milestone, is helping to increase staff retention rates for health and social care organisations across the UK.

The award winning psychometric assessment tool, PeopleClues, is tailored for use in the social and healthcare sectors and provided by recruitment and retention specialist Sticky People.

With the addition of its most recent client, the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution Care Company (RMBI), there are now over 1,000 users benefitting from the tool, which aims to instantly recognise best-fit candidates for care roles.

Louise Bateman, HR director of RMBI, comments: “We are delighted to introduce this additional screening tool into our selection process, in order to help attract and recruit the very best people to look after our residents.

“At the RMBI, we pride ourselves on taking robust and thorough measures at the selection stage and this tool fits in very well with those.”

Founder of Sticky People, Neil Eastwood, adds: “I am pleased there has been such a sustained take-up of PeopleClues by care employers seeking to understand much more about applicants and quickly spot who is high potential for a particular role.

“I am also delighted to welcome the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institute Care Company as our most recent client.”

PeopleClues has also been proven to reduce the risk of insurance claims for the care industry. David Waters, managing director from PrimeCare Insurance Services Ltd comments: “From the liability and legal expense claims evidence we have been able to identify between 2012 to 2016, there is no doubt that those businesses using PeopleClues are a better insurance risk with fewer claims than those who do not use any similar system.

“We have no hesitation in recommending them to all of our clients, helping them to reduce their insurance premiums year on year.”
