STJ Projects Limited
STJ Projects Ltd provide bespoke joinery solutions to your Care Home projects. Originally a Joinery subcontractor, we have grown and developed our services over time to ensure we meet the needs and requirements of our clients. Our experienced joiners can manufacture and install all manner of timber products, from the construction of a building, through to a full interior fit out.
STJ Projects are specialists in fire doors and can build, install and maintain them to strict BM Trada Q-Mark certification. Doors can be built to any exact sizes, should they be to replace old or damaged doorsets and they can be specified as a paint grade finish in any colour or be covered in a veneer, laminate or antibacterial PVC. Various styles and sizes of glazing apertures can be added to the door specification, together with various ironmongery options to suit the purpose of the room. We are also able to provide a fire door survey service, which would determine whether an existing fire door can be repaired to meet fire certification or whether a new door or doorset is required.
As well as more traditional style joinery, STJ Projects also manufacture and install specialist products to mental health facilities and prisons. These include: dementia friendly doorsets; high security doorsets within seclusion suites; anti-barricade doorsets with double swing doors and removable stop laths; anti-ligature door frames, architrave and ironmongery. Our teams are experienced with the complex requirements that are often seen within these environments.
